Toronto-native Ryan Johnston is an active musician in the GTA who is recognized by bandleaders both for his intuitive musicality and keen proficiency as a drummer. With a background in percussion, guitar and conservatory piano, Ryan is regarded for his ability to function as both a multi-instrumentalist and arranger in the ensemble setting. As a result, he has amassed a number of recording credits and enjoys performing in a wide variety of musical styles at most of Toronto and the surrounding region’s liveliest venues. Ryan currently holds the Artist in Residence position at St. Andrew’s College in Aurora, ON.
